At McCormick, we stand behind the quality of our spices and extracts; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of food products, all returns must be unopened and in their original packaging to ensure safety and quality standards.

Return Process

  Reach out to our Customer Excellence team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to obtain a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the unopened products in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
